Also, insurance is an add-on option for everything except Express Mail. All of their tracking options are basically delivery confirmations. And that is if the delivery driver bothers to scan in the delivery and get a signature as requested. They are not true tracking in the way UPS or FedEx are. If a USPS package isn't delivered, there is nobody to call to try and get it tracked down. They simply don't care. All you have is a number that corresponds to a package never delivered. So, you know it was or wasn't delivered. Big deal. If its a $20 item, ok sure, send it USPS. If its anything approaching $100, UPS, FedEx or DHL.
